I would like to congratulate our Knowledge Management (KM) team on the launch of the revamped KM Portal.

It is an integral part of our KM journey to become a full-fledged Knowledge Based Organisation (KBO) in 2011 from merely the first winner of the inaugural Malaysian Emerging Knowledge Organisation (MEKO) award in late 2005.

With new and improved features, I believe the portal has the potential to be an effective sharing platform to enhance our knowledge and learning capacity throughout HCM Group for the benefit of our clients, staff and other stakeholders.

In our quest to become better and more competitive, a knowledge-centric attitude, skills and competences encompassing proactive, self-driven, collaborative and innovative attributes backed by strong IQ, EQ and SQ are vital for our continued success. 

Amid rapid changes across the globe, there is no alternative to cultivating a global knowledge mindset with sound values, regardless of where we choose to seize available opportunities to deliver what we are good at. I believe we can be number one in infrastructure solutions if we are fully committed to developing ourselves as K-workers and helping others to grow.  
Knowledge Management is about sharing to pave the way to a better and better culture. Utilise our K-Portal to the fullest to achieve the desired results on the ground.
