INTRODUCTION

In line with government’s k-Economy Master Plan and the need to equip itself with the standard operating protocol of the emerging K-Economy, the company aspires to be a benchmark knowledge-based engineering organization to improve a sustain its performance vis-à-vis current and future competitors.

Using KM as the foundation and unifying strategy to realize its strategic focus, it shall initially focus on K-Acquisitio, K-Development, K-Sharing and K-Application platforms.

The company’s Knowledge Management practice shall also be strongly backed by its commitment towards developing K-Driven Human Capital and provision of adequate K-Tools and appropriate technology infrastructure. It shall endeavour too inculcate a K-Friendly culture amid favourable environment in order to encourage innovation.
