Memo from KM LeaderWe have recently concluded the first HCM Group KM-HOD meeting. For the remaining months of this year, we should focus on successfully executing the planned KM programmes and activities. Every KM team should come up with relevant measures for each initiative. I would like to suggest a minimum of two (one quantitative and one qualitative) for each. Besides, the quarterly feedback forms, k-mentoring and k-audit will also provide indications on how we should move in the future.    

Department-specific content development and migration of reports, manuals, policies, forms, templates, lessons learnt, FAQs and FOIs to the k-portal will certainly add value to users. I wish all staff the best. Together we will strive as k-workers based on our own parameters plus “A Zone” qualities of integrity, vision and courage

Pada Isnin – 1 Mac 2010 bersamaan dengan 15 Rabiulawal 1431H, Pengarah Urusan ROADCARE (M) SDN.BHD - Dato' Hasnur Rabiain Ismail telah singgah melawat kakitangan Roadcare di Pejabat Roadcare Muadzam Shah(P2), Pahang sebelum beliau pergi ke Rompin untuk menghadiri satu  mesyuarat. Kedatangan beliau bersama COO, GM, Pengrus-pengurus Besar Wilayah, Pengurus Kawasan (P1-P4) dan kakitangan Roadcare telah disambut dengan mesra dan rasa besar hati oleh semua kakitangan Roadcare Muadzam Shah.

Bertempat di Masjid Al-Hidayah Paya Besar pada 17hb Febuari 2010 bersamaan 3 Rabiulawal 1431 Hijrah, telah berlangsung satu Forum ‘Al-Muqorrabin’ bersempena dengan 9 tahun penubuhan Roadcare.  Majlis ini diserikan lagi dengan kehadiran Pengurus Besar Roadcare, Ir. Jamal bin  Dato’ Hj. Nasir.

Satu sambutan Maulidur Rasul telah diadakan bertempat di Bilik Mesyuarat Pejabat Wilayah Kota Bharu pada jam 9 pagi. Majlis tersebut dihadiri oleh semua kakitangan pejabat wilayah dan kawasan 1 Kota Bharu. Majlis itu disempurnakan oleh Ustaz Saibun Ismail dari Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Kelantan.
